The cottage is believed to have been built in 1850 (Rigsby's history) to house the labourers of Rigsby House Farm.

  • Grassed paddock area to rear of the accommodation to enjoy ball games etc in.

  • Double glazed and heated entry porch.
  • Roomy fully fitted kitchen/diner with seating for four. Applicances include:
        dishwasher, fitted electric oven with hob/stove-top, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.
  • Cosy lounge with seating for six,digital TV with DVD/CD player and feature fireplace.
  • Cloakroom with toilet and washing machine.

  • A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar and ether homemade flapjack (baked in the farm house Aga), lemon cake or locally produced Lincolnshire Plum Bread is included.
