Yearly highlights:
February: awakening of the spring flowers with snowdrops and daffodils popping up all over
March: the Voilets begin to appear
April: the Wolds turn a subtle spring green as new leaves appear on the Beach trees
1st or 2nd week of May there are Bluebells in Rigsby Wood, often with a special open weekend
Late spring the vivid yellow of the Oilseed Rape fields shine across the Lincolnshire Wolds
May or June Lincolnshire Wolds Walking Festival
July: Alford Jazz festival
August: many summer holiday activities and the beaches of Mablethorpe and Skegness are full of families enjoying the sea
September: a great time to visit England and with harvest happening a time to rejoice in Rigsby
First Sunday of October is typically the harvest festival at the Church
October: watch as the county moves into Autuum with the beach trees turning a golden bronze
Winter: surfing at Sandilands, motorbike sand racing at Mablethorpe

Check-out by 10am, extensions may be made by prior arrangement
Telephone and Internet bookings are reserved for 7days only - please send a cheque for £100 to secure your booking
For cancellations with 6 or more weeks notice: a £25 adminstration fee will be retained
For cancellations with less than 6 weeks notice: if we are unable to resell the reserved dates the full deposit will be retained

Pets
Well-behaved pets (e.g. one small dog) are welcome outside of the high season.
There is a surcharge of £20 per pet per visit.
Please bring own pet bed linen and/or basket.
All pets to sleep downstairs and not to go on the furniture or to be left alone in the property.
All pets must have been wormed in the previous 6 months.
